SLAY DEBBIE!! Let's talk about Debbie!! I noticed you girl! SHOUT OUT TO DEBBIE! I placed my mobile order around 11:30 a.m. on a Tuesday from the gas station across the street. Let's just say my food was not ready when I got there; heck, the woman bouncing between drive-thru, front counter and making food couldn't find it my order at first. Once found, it still took ten minutes to get my food, lunch rush ya know, HOWEVER, this review is about Debbie! This woman has a headset strapped to her head, is working drive-thru, front counter, picked up a receipt that was on the floor AND I even noticed she PUT GLOVES ON to jump in and help prepare food, all while the lobby is getting busy and the drive-thru is moving swiftly! She apologized my order took so long, no worries! As a mystery shopper, not assigned to this establishment, I noticed you Debbie! Multitasking like a boss, all while pleasant and pounding out the lunch rush! Thank you for great customer service! Say Hi to Debbie next time you're at this establishment!!
I go to this location 2 to 3 times a week. Today they were really concerned how long my wait was. I probably stood at the register for 60 seconds max. Even gave me a free taco for my wait. I have never had a problem. Nice staff and very customer oriented. I appreciate all the Taco Bell staff at this location.
